1. What Information We Collect

• Name and phone number — to log in, book appointments, and identify your bookings.

• Appointment details (service, stylist, date, and time) — for the purpose of providing the service. Managed through the calmark platform.

• Push notification identifier (Push Token) — via Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging service, to send updates and reminders.

2. How We Use the Information

To book and manage appointments, send reminders and updates, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Information is shared only with service providers essential to operating the App: calmark (booking management) and Google Firebase (notifications). They process the information on our behalf only.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Information is retained as long as the account is active. You may delete your account directly from the App (Profile → Delete Account), or contact us with a deletion request.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your information, correct it, or request its deletion, subject to applicable law.
